Verona

Verona
The boys and i spent the day in Verona which is about twenty minutes from where we are in Lake Garda.

A morning espresso and a walk on the beautiful cobblestoned street and suddenly we were plunged into this medieval world ( except it had an LV store on the corner ).

The Roman Amphitheatre is the third largest in Italy. It seems opera performances are held here often. An open air theatre, not for winter, but wouldn't it be amazing if it was summer. Dhaniyah, we have to watch one these performances.

We also visited Juliet's ( Romeo & Juliet ) house, Casa De Giuletta. In this small courtyard, we found Juliet's balcony and a bronze statue of Juliet. Many people write their names and the names of their beloved ones on the walls of the entrance, known as Juliet's wall. They believe that writing on that place will make their love everlasting. Boys, why didn't i see you writing anything? ( Or maybe u did )...
